Coverage Details
Warranty
Structures are designed to meet the requirements of the 1997 Uniform Building Code and must be used under normal conditions. Claims are prorated from the date of installation.
| Structure | 10 years against failure due to corrosion and deterioration. Workmanship is covered for 1 year from installation. |

| ShadeNet Fabric | 10 years against fading, rot, UV deterioration, loss of strength and color change (5 years for Red). Typical ShadeNet lifespan is 10–12 years. |
| Hardware | Cables used in larger cable-design structures are not a warranty item. |
| Exclusions | Misuse, vandalism, damage by others, riots, and Acts of God are not covered. |
| Claims | All warranty claims are prorated from the date of installation. |
